Corn Heads

Offering a maximum harvesting width of 12 rows, the CH Series Corn heads provide unmatched crop gathering performance and increased productivity. Our low profile design gives you a 21.5 degree entry angle which reduces ear bounce and kernel shatter while improving feeding in a number of crop conditions. Our adjustable 16 in. (406 mm) conveyor auger with a 24 in. (610 mm) pitch flighting moves material smoothly and efficiently to the feed chain system reducing down time by eliminating plugging. Polyethylene dividers lift and direct crop into the corn head’s snapping rolls, gathering chains and conveyor auger which reduces ear loss and increases your capacity. Each of these features means you can run until the job gets done.
