Simple field data management and documentation is critical. The AccuTerminal includes TaskDoc Pro, so you can record relevant data with minimum effort. New jobs can be created on the computer, then transferred to the machine. After the work is completed, data is entered into the field record. This can be done wirelessly, so there is no need to read out data, such as field name, current crop, inputs used and quantity or operator, onto a storage medium. TaskDoc Pro continually records position and machine data and can transfer the data via a mobile network, so the machine does not need to be near the farmyard at the time of data transmission.

This gives you the ability to record fuel consumption, distance, area worked and more for each field. You can also compare the effect of different driving strategies and implement settings on fuel consumption and productivity. Depending on the version you have, you can use your computer to graphically visualize work that has been performed with the aid of maps, which show the relative fuel consumption or the pulling power required. This is a significant advantage over non-integrated retrofit systems.

Many different types of information is displayed on the main TaskDoc page, including the name of the job, field name and area, crop, company, customer and operating materials used. You can use the virtual keyboard on the right-hand bar for functions such as starting a recording.
